After this form is received and reviewed the potential client or his/her family member will be contacted to arrange for a personal interview.

It is recommended that the prospective client and any family members who wish to accompany the client, plan to visit the program for a few hours.

For Sanctuary House:

After the personal interview is completed SPCSB’s Clinical Director will review the referral form and completed assessment with our Medical Director.

This process usually takes 5 working days.  At this point, SPCSB will contact the client and/or his/her family member to discuss the results of the assessment.

Should SPCSB and the potential client feel that Sanctuary House is a good fit the client will be placed on a waiting list for the next available opening.

For The Arlington Day Treatment Center:

After the personal interview is completed the ADTC Program Director will review the referral form and completed assessment with our Clinical Director.

This process usually takes less than 24 hours.  At this point, the ADTC Program Director will contact the client and/or his/her family member to discuss the results of the assessment.
