Every client receives comprehensive and ongoing case management by a team of professional staff members. Each client who enters any of our programs will be assigned a dedicated Case Manager.
Sanctuary House:
For Sanctuary House the client will be assigned a licensed clinician who will remain on the client’s case until they graduate from the Sanctuary House program.
Our Case Manager to client ratio is never more than 1:6.
Additionally, all of our professional staff have developed an expertise in residential care and treatment is provided through a team approach.
The clinical team is made up of the following individuals

Our Dually Diagnosed Clients:
For clients who are dually-diagnosed (often referred to as “co-occurring disorders”) we provide a comprehensive two-tiered program (in conjunction with SPCSB’s Dual Diagnosis Program) to meet the specialized needs of this population.
Prior to a client’s graduation a thorough discharge plan is completed. Should a client not graduate the program a discharge plan and a continuity of care plan will be developed with the client and his/her family to ensure uninterrupted treatment.
Additionally, regular and ongoing communication with each client after discharge is maintained by the client’s Case Manager, or another member of the treatment team, at regular intervals of 2, 6, 12, and 24 months. Thereafter communication will be ongoing with the client on an annual basis.
It is important to note that Sanctuary Psychiatric Centers believes that treatment and relationships do not end at the date of departure; former clients are always welcome to return for encouragement, friendship and a helping hand.
