CHARTMAN makes it easy to enter client medication
information.
Selecting a medication from the Medication Picklist automatically enters
the Brand and Generic names, the strength, and the purpose of the
medication. Client specific information such as dosage, instructions, and
prescribing physician are entered below. If discontinued, the discontinued
date is entered to provide accurate record of the medication regimen.
A free text "Notes" field allows
explanation of changes in prescription or other necessary information.
