CHARTMAN treatment Goals are selected from a fully
customizable, user-maintained picklist.
CHARTMAN picklists are user-maintained so they always reflect
the information that your facility wants to use in its
treatment plans. The picklists can easily be searched by typing in the
first few letters of the item sought.
The picklist, however, simply provides the framework of the treatment plan.
Each plan can be fully individualized with free text to meet the needs
of the specific client.
