This program will add a new dimension to what is already provided by both agencies by helping those who might otherwise be unable to afford these services.

New programs and services offered:

  • No-fee, state-of-the-art group, family, adolescent, and couple therapy by trained professionals.
  • Responding to the underserved of all ages and backgrounds, with emotional, psychological and spiritual help, provided by trained professionals.
  • Strengthening and supporting individual and family networks through special services such as "Family DBT" (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) groups and "Caring for the Caretaker" groups and services.

Community mental health needs are on the rise, just as resources are decreasing. Families are adrift as services are eliminated during these challenging times, impacting the disenfranchised, elderly, children and families who struggle to manage during the current economic crisis.
